The Challenge
Delivery is a broken or patched process for SMEs in the busy heart of Lagos and Nigeria. The system is plagued with late deliveries, high fees or lack of trusted delivery merchants. E-commerce businesses experienced rapid growth especially during the lockdown, most goods were purchased online. Consequently, this led to an increased demand for reliable and affordable delivery solutions.
The Approach
Wiggo sets out to provide on demand and bike hire services for small businesses and enterprises with heavy traffic, that require a reliable delivery to match its needs.
The Outcomes
Crafted a comprehensive visual identity guide alongside a mobile and web application to request, fulfill and track rides
